Meeting 1) An opportunity to meet your fellow trekkers, gain an overview of the trek including what to bring with you and what to expect when we are on the ground!

Meeting 2) A session dedicated to the Sherpa Culture that we will be spending 3 weeks travelling through including an understanding of Budhism.

Meeting 3) A journey out into the foothills or mountains around Calgary with your fellow trekkers and leaders. This mini trip will allow the opportunity to try out your trekking gear, and get to know the rest of the team
