Spirit West stands behind its clothing and since we are a Craft Manufacturer we are able to repair our own products in our own facilities… But we aren’t just interested in being reactive to nicks and tears we want to help your garment perform its best for a long time to come. With this in mind we have designed a Warranty and Maintenance program like no other Brand.

30 DAY EXCHANGE – “NO QUESTIONS ASKED”
If there is a manufacturer defect within 30 days of purchase it may be replaced by the authorized Dealer from where it was purchased. To obtain a replacement product, please provide the original sales receipt or proof of purchase along with the product to the authorized dealer. Spirit West will cover return shipping of the garment to the customer.
WARRANTY – FIRST YEAR REPAIR IS ON US!
Within the first year of ownership if you develop a problem with your garment, the first repair is on Spirit West. To initiate this repair, please contact the authorized Dealer where your garment was purchased. They will help to facilitate the return. Please note that proof of original purchase is required.
BEYOND THE FIRST YEAR REPAIR
If your garment is in need of repair after your first year or first repair, the chart below outlines repair fees. To initiate a repair, please contact the authorized Dealer where your garment was purchased, or you may use the Spirit West Online Repair Center and return the garment to Spirit West
Typical turnaround time for any repair or warranty claim is approximately14 days, not including transit time to and from Spirit West.
When you are returning products back to Spirit West for repair or warranty service, don’t worry if the items are clean and dry. Spirit West will use it’s innovative technical clothing cleaning system to recondition the garment and activate the DWR to it’s original condition.
Spirit West is not responsible for lost items. Please empty all pockets and remove any accessories such as knives, lip balms etc..
Spirit West is not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please note – it is REQUIRED to have a Return Authorization Number prior to shipment to Spirit West. Please ensure your package has your Return Authorization Number clearly written on the outside of the box, and we recommend insuring your package and obtaining a tracking number. The Fine Print
The Tread Litely warranty does not cover damages caused by improper care, accidents, or the natural breakdown of materials over extended use and time. If your product fails due to workmanship or material defect, please return it to the authorized Dealer where it was purchased for repair or replacement, or through spiritwest.ca. All defective or damaged products will be returned to Spirit West for evaluation and will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Spirit West.
